Established in 2004 by Mr. Ndabe Ngcobo, Ndabe Dignified Funerals was born out of a vision to provide reliable, compassionate funeral services to black communities in South Africa. Inspired by the need for a reputable provider in the industry, Mr. Ngcobo’s unwavering dedication, hard work, and ambition turned his dream into a reality. Today, Ndabe Dignified Funerals proudly operates ten branches, with its head office located in Durban.
Mr. Ngcobo now serves as the Chairman and continues to guide the company with his vast experience, while the reins of leadership have been handed over to the next generation. His son, Sisa Ngcobo, is the CEO, and his daughter, Thuli Ngcobo, serves as the COO. Together, they uphold the values of dignity and respect that have always been at the heart of the company. Mr. Ngcobo also remains a prominent figure in the funeral industry as the Vice President of the South African Funeral Practitioners Association (SAFPA).
